At Grid11, we focus on delivering premium, imported player-version jerseys. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair return and exchange policy.

Digital Product Policy


Returns are accepted only in the following case:

  • You received a wrong product (different team, player, or item than ordered)

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Size issues
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Wear, wash, or damage after Use

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery


EXCHANGES (SIZE ONLY)


Size exchange is allowed only if the requested size is available

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery at support@grid11.in
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

⚠️ Important:

  • Re-delivery shipping cost for exchanges must be borne by the customer
  • If the requested size is unavailable, no return or refund will be issued


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions
  • Customized or special edition items (if applicable)

QUALITY CHECK & AUTHENTICITY

All Grid11 products go through a strict quality check before dispatch.

Minor variations in color or fabric texture may occur due to lighting, photography, or manufacturing batches and do not qualify as defects.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.

Grid11 reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request after inspection.
