Return, Exchange & Product Image Policy
At GRID11, we strive to deliver the highest quality products. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product, or
- You received a damaged or defective product.
No returns will be accepted under any other circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Ordered by mistake
- Color or design preference
- Product no longer required
- Fit or comfort issues
- Delivery delays after dispatch
- Any reason other than receiving a wrong or damaged product
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Raise your request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package until the product is completely removed and shown.
- Share clear images of:
- The product received
- The shipping label
- The packaging
- The issue being reported
- Ensure the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return requests without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
GRID11 reserves the right to inspect the evidence before approving or rejecting any return request.
Exchange Policy
We do NOT offer exchanges for size-related issues.
Please refer to the Size Chart carefully before placing your order. It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct size.
Exchanges will NOT be provided for:
- Size issues
- Fit preferences
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Color or design preference
- Ordering the wrong product by mistake
- Any personal preference after delivery
An exchange will only be considered if:
- You received the wrong product, or
- You received a damaged or defective product,
and all return eligibility requirements mentioned above are fulfilled.
Product Image Policy
Some product images displayed on our website may be digitally modified or transformed for copyright compliance purposes. These edits are made only to comply with intellectual property guidelines and do not affect the actual product you will receive.

Additional Terms
- Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, editing, or screen settings and shall not be considered defects.
- Minor manufacturing tolerances in measurements or stitching are normal and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
- Products that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Any fraudulent, misleading, or false claims may result in rejection of the request and restriction from future purchases.
- All approved claims are subject to verification by our quality team.
- GRID11 reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request based on the evidence provided.
- GRID11 reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
